£22,500 to £23,500/annum

The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Maintain and develop product specific knowledge in relation to our clients products, services and policies.
- Offer support to customers in line with our clients expectations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Actively listening to customers queries and complaints, working to resolve them in an efficient manner.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Has great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is able to work confidently both in a team and independently
- Demonstrates an empathetic approach to resolving customer queries
- Is able to multitask but also prioritise tasks using own initiative.
- Previous call/contact centre experience is preferred but not essential.
