Job Description:


Pertemps have a brand new and exciting role for an experienced Administrator to join the team of a highly prestigious furniture company based in Sheffield.


Job Duties:

Your role will involve covering the reception desk and completing administrative duties such as:

  • Cash desk/Finance agreements
  • End of day banking
  • Taking accounts calls
  • Giving prices to sales advisors
  • Booking customer orders out
  • Filing paperwork
  • Checking and entering sales order acknowledgements onto the system
  • Entering customer orders onto the system
  • Other administration/office duties
    Working Hours:

You will be required to work 39.5 hours per week - the shop is open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9am until 7:30pm on Wednesdays and 11am until 5pm on Sundays.

You will work 5 out of 7 days, with a day off once in the week and once on the weekend.

You must be flexible to sometimes work the full weekend, however another day off in the week will be given to you if this is required.

You will be given a 1 hour break per day, however this can either be taken in full or as 2 15 minute breaks and a half an hour lunch.

    Pay Rate:
Your annual salary will be between £22,500 and £23,00

Other Information:

  • The role is being offered with an immediate start and there is NO hybrid working, you will always be based in the office.
  • There is a 3 month probation period.
