Department:
Mortgage Administration Support

Target:
Candidates with administrative skills and Customer Service experience in a telephone-based role.

Rewards:
£21K Basic Salary with Bonuses and Benefits (OTE £30K).

Mon-Fri 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM.

The New Homes Group, part of the Connells Group, is the UK's top new homes specialist. We specialize in facilitating new homes sales working with housebuilders, lenders, and estate agents. Offering Mortgage Services, Part Exchange, and Assisted Move, we collaborate with the UK's leading housebuilders.In 2023, we processed over 15,000 mortgage applications. We are expanding in 2024 and seeking individuals for career development within The New Homes Group.
Mortgage Services Case Owner Responsibilities:
Proactively manage customers' mortgage applications, maintain regular client contact, and provide high-quality customer service.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience
  • Telephone-based call center experience
  • Office-based, administrative environment familiarity
  • Motivated to meet targets and customer service standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
