The role will include:

  • Working to targeted performance indicators
  • Pre-Chasing payment terms ending
  • Checking hold lists for any exceptions
  • Checking banking system for incoming payments
  • Managing an individual customer portfolio
  • Building repour with customers
  • Logging queries and logging these to be distributed to site
  • Taking card payments over the phone
  • Updating notes on customer accounts
  • Acting phone based Credit Control function

We are looking for people with:

  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate especially Excel
  • Phone experience
  • Customer facing experience would be preferred
  • Credit Control experience would be preferred but not essential

Training will include:

  • Induction academy 2 Days
  • On role training plan (2 weeks)
  • Pick up tasks as confidence is gained
  • End to end training
