Credit Controller

To ensure the business remains fully supported, we need to recruit a Credit Controller. This team thrives on giving excellent service to our customers, making doing business with us an enjoyable experience. As a Credit Controller working for Nisbets, you can expect to work hard but have fun, with the autonomy to make decisions and solve problems in a way you think will work best. You can also expect a long and varied career with us too, as a Credit Controller you will really get to know our business and this can pave the way to other roles in our company; we have many success stories of colleagues moving into Finance, Sales, Marketing and more.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of calls and emails daily to resolve customer credit and outstanding debtor queries
- Provide overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis for the Credit Manager
- Review new account requests and report accordingly
- Ensure disputed invoices are actioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements as requested
- Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure orders can be processed promptly for dispatch.
Monday - Friday Office Based during your training period. Once complete we are happy to discuss a hybrid working pattern to suit your needs.
