We are recruiting for a dynamic Barista to join the Buzzed Coffee Bar Team - a new and exciting collaboration between CitizenM Hotels and Mozzo Coffee.

Based in central London this is a unique opportunity that brings together two brands looking to challenge and disrupt how hotels do coffee.


A Buzzed Barista will be passionate about hospitality with a desire to create exceptional coffee experiences - we're seeking a passionate and motivated individual who likes to work with their head up and with a smile.


Skills you'll have -

  • Experience working in a Coffee Shop/Espresso Bar environment
  • Confidence chatting with customers and building relationships with regulars
  • Strong coffee skills working with fully manual espresso machines

Key requirements of the role -

  • Demonstrate unparalleled hospitality by creating a fun and engaging environment.
  • Achieve the highest standards of coffee preparation and delivery in a high volume fast paced environment.
  • Develop tangible and real relationships with both regular customers, the local community (businesses and organisations) and customers that are simply passing through.
  • Drive to build a high performing espresso bar focusing on key KPIs *.
  • Continuing to look for ways to drive the space's social and financial performance.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 12noon*
Total Hours per Week - 20 hours

Salary - £13.46 per hour
