SFG20 has a dominant market position in building maintenance instructions, maintenance scheduling and costing. SFG20 has ambitious plans to continue to grow revenue by 40% per annum over the next three years.

The property and construction markets in the UK and around the world are changing. Data regarding assets is now starting to move through the Design, Build and Operate phases of a building. The Smart Building initiative is revolutionising energy consumption and maintenance.


SFG20 plans to be at the heart of this new world, and the Recruitment Lead role is central to achieving that objective.


About the role


The role is predominantly remote, but there will be a requirement to travel to Penrith and Newcastle when required to support in person interviews.

The following information provides a guide to the remit and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish resourcing needs
  • Publish job adverts via our ATS system
  • Track hiring metrics including timetohire, timetofill and source of hire
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies as required

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as an in house recruiter or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience of recruitment in a SaaS or technology focussed business
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media, job boards and professional websites
  • A sound working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, for example Teamtailor
  • Experience of supporting hiring managers at all levels within an organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience within the Facilities Management (FM) industry
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
