The role


Diageo's 2030 Spirit of Progress strategy includes 4 areas where we set out to be world-class which includes Inclusion and Diversity measures across representation, progressive portrayal, supplier diversity and communities.


This 12 month secondment opportunity is a critical cornerstone of our measurement work - with a specific focus on our Inclusion and Diversity 2030 Representation goals and the non-financial reporting requirements of these measure, alongside assurance for reporting purposes.


The role holder will require experience of working data, associated methodologies and reporting frameworks and standards, as well as an ability to project manage change programmes.

About you

  • At least four years' experience in ESG, I&D or nonfinancial reporting roles
  • Demonstrated ability in ESG reporting, data analysis and creation of compelling communications
  • Strong communications and change management capability
- bringing internal or external perspective to help shape the future/drive change

  • Experience of integrated reporting
  • Proven track record in data analytics and change management
  • Provoke, challenge and inspire teams to take bold, transformative steps when progressing our assurance and data / nonfinancial reporting agenda.
