Morgan Philips are hiring an exciting new role for our London based client (hyrbrid working available).

The Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Assistant will work with the Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead and Global Sustainability Lead to help deliver the business' Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability Strategies.

In particular, they will assist with organising and promoting Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability activities, work closely with Diversity and Inclusion Employee Networks and Sustainability Communities across their international offices to organise a regular programme of events, and lead on communications campaigns that help build awareness and engagement in initiatives.


This role could suit someone straight out of university with an interest in both areas and possibly a period of work experience in one, or a college leaver with perhaps a year or two in HR or similar where they would have had exposure to one or both areas.
