Situated between Llantrisant and Tonyrefail we are one of the largest Main Dealers in South East Wales suppling New and Pre owned caravans and motorhome's.


We currently have the following position available:

Admin Assistant - Full Time ( 40 Hours - weekend working rota will be part of your working week or possibility of a job share Part-Time 24 Hours)
Working at our friendly Caravan & Motorhome Sales centre our Admin Assistants are an important part of our business.

Here at Stowford we pride ourselves in outstanding customer service and helpful attitude to both our loyal customers and new ones alike.


This is an exciting role within our business for an enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated person to work within an established sales team.

Applicants must have office experience, good communication skills, be computer literate and have a keen eye for detail.

There is rarely a dull moment and if you are thoughtful, flexible, full of initiative and you have a flair for customer service this could be the opportunity for you

The role will include:

  • Greeting customers and making them welcome
  • Timely processing of sales orders
  • All aspects of office administration to contribute to the smooth running of the Sales Department including filing, photocopying and answering the telephone
  • Ensuring that the work area is kept clean and tidy
  • Organise, invoice and take payments for our storage customers
  • To work 5 days (or 3 days) over 7 days (on a rata basis to including weekend work)
  • Electronic diary keeping

What will you need?

  • 1 years' experience in a similar role preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude
  • A can do attitude
  • Experience in using Microsoft software packages, Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Willingness to go to extra lengths for our customers
  • To be responsible and flexible
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative
  • Take pride in your work
  • To enjoy working in a varied environment
  • Full, clean driving license
  • To be someone who enjoys camping or caravanning would be advantageous

  • National minimum wage negotiable depending on experience (starting rate)
  • 28 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays)

Initially temporary for 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent with progression
