Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Working within teams across the Business Energy, such as the collections team, change of tenancy team etc.
- Update the system with valid information
- Manual data uploading
- Actively engaging with other colleagues and customers to manage customer's accounts, resolve queries and respond as required
- Reviewing and following up on internal queries from other departments within the business
- Working with the Customer Service team to provide telephone support at times, dependent on business needs, to ensure our customer service levels and targets are maintained
