Our client based in Aylesbury, provides services to blue chip companies, offices and schools across the UK and Europe.

They are now looking to recruit someone who can support within the sales department and assist in the day to day running of customer accounts.

You will work closely with the management team, suppliers, manufactures and all other departments within the business.

In addition, the following duties will apply:

  • Being the first point of call for clients and assisting with incoming enquires
  • Producing quotations and processing orders via Sage
  • Working closely with senior sales team to assist in managing clients and projects
  • Communicating with suppliers to discuss hardware solution, stock, and leadtimes
  • Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best price
  • Ordering and managing stationery
  • Accepting and arranging deliveries
  • Booking hotels and flights for engineers
  • Arrange meetings for sales team (no cold calling required)
Due to the location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
