Over the duration of your apprenticeship, you will develop the skills that will allows you to provide a high quality administration and customer focused support service to a range of internal and external customers.

You will also study a Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent qualification as well as Level 2 Maths and English if required.


You will also deliver the skills that will allow you to deliver an accurate and effective administrative support to colleagues within the Education and Apprenticeship team.

Provide and receive routine information and give explanations and instructions clearly and concisely.
