Founded in 2006, our client is a UK-based telecommunications company specializing in providing connectivity, cloud services, and network infrastructure solutions to businesses. Setting themselves apart from other ISP's, our client has built their own fiber network and owns the process end-to-end, giving them full control and responsibility over their network, delivery, infrastructure, and the whole customer experience.

**Job Description:**
The Account Director will be responsible for new business development at the enterprise level, driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales within existing accounts. Working directly with the Head of Sales and other key stakeholders across the business, the Account Director plays a vital role in the organization and is pivotal in assisting the growth of their market-leading product and price point.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop new business opportunities and enhance sales within current accounts.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to demonstrate the benefits of the organization.
- Attend major conferences, networking events, and social gatherings.
- Drive a sales plan to establish the organization as the 'Go-to' for enterprise connectivity in London.
- Support management in contract development, customer negotiations, and product improvements.
- Generate new sales on the brand-new network.

**Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, be an industry expert, and bring valuable expertise and client relationships to the role. A proactive mindset is crucial to explore new opportunities, secure new business, and help the organization dominate the corporate London market. Team player attitude, experience in coaching/mentoring, and familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools are highly desired.

**Requirements:**
- Industry knowledge in Healthcare, Insurance/Financial Services, Prof Services, Legal, or Media sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Outreach.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other office tools; willing to learn new software.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and dedication to meeting commitments with attention to detail.
- Adherence to sales KPIs, flexibility, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective time management, and prioritization.
