I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a great company based Liverpool City Centre. This role includes both customer service and basic administration duties. The main responsibility is to provide day to day support to resident students. Thisis a temporary position for approximately 4 weeks.

Hours:
Week 1- 24 hours

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 2pm

  • 8pm

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am-2pm and Sunday 9am-5pm

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Being first point of contact for residents
  • Logging and reporting maintenance issues
  • Re issuing fobs and keys
  • Supporting residents with any queries
