We're a fast-growing estate of Urban Playgrounds across the UK, and we're all about spring-loaded fun. Our parks in Sheffield, Rotherham, Leeds, Lincoln, Beverley, and Bicester are packed with epic activities to suit everyone of any age.

As a Receptionist, you'll be one of the first faces our guests meet when they walk through our door. You'll be responsible for maintaining an out-of-this-world guest experience, service, and satisfaction while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing online bookings, handling payments, waivers, and safety video acknowledgments.
  • Being responsible for the accuracy of your till.
  • Assisting customers in completing their booking.
  • Explaining the rules and answering any customer queries.
  • Issuing wristbands and selling merchandise.
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock as necessary.
  • Monitoring, cleaning, and organizing your workstation, the locker room, and café seating areas as needed.
  • Reporting any problems with equipment to the Shift Manager immediately.
  • Adhering to the Company Health & Safety Policy.

We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to think quickly and react calmly in situations. If you're available to work weekends and have previous experience in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you
