Due to incredible business growth, a Doncaster based Financial Services company require additional, Part Time, Weekend Customer Service Administrators to join their team.

Please note - you must be available to work on both of those days, along with bank holidays.

This role is also office based in Doncaster, so you must be able and willing to work in an office based role - the administration role is NOT remote.

Your duties as an Part time Customer Service Administrator will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing customer proposals using in-house database
  • Processing customer documentation, and other any adhoc administration duties required
The right Customer Service Administrator to join this team will have the following attributes:

  • You will be highly accurate, and ensure you take ownership of everything you do from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills are essential you may be liaising with customers and various internal and external stakeholders
  • You must also be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays, along with bank holidays, and be able to work in an office based role
