Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for;
Providing classroom support to teachers.

Assisting with the planning and implementation of engaging and effective learning activities.

Supporting students with their individual learning needs.

Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Helping to manage behavior and discipline within the classroom.

Offering one-on-one or small group assistance as required.

Participating in extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work well in a team and independently.

Patience and empathy when working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Relevant qualifications or experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.

Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
