As a Receptionist within Gino D'Acampo hotels and leisure you will be working in a high tempo and faced paced environment and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the guest journey is seamless.

You will be responsible for ensuring the best experience for our guests as the first point of contact.
Working together with the floor team to maintain a high level of communication.

As well as delivering amazing guest experiences, you will be:

  • Delivering a very high standard of guest service, every day
  • Warmly meeting and greeting guests upon arrival
  • Confirming guest reservations and showing them to their tables
  • Fulfilling your part in a very close team
  • Adopting a never say no mentality to guest requests
  • Having the passion and drive to grow in your career in hospitality
  • Exceeding your guests expectations each and every time they visit us
  • Adhering to all health and food safety company policies
  • Beating the targets are set out for you and your team
  • Ensuring guest feedback is always positive and turning any unlikely complaints into compliment

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

  • Knowledge and experience in hospitality or sales is preferred, but not essential as regular training is provided.
  • Great communicator and a genuine people person.
  • Have a sincere love for hospitality and passion for highend service delivery a guest focused individual.
  • Extremely well organised, committed, and hardworking.
  • A great team player and relationship builder.
  • Someone who can work unsupervised at times.
Full-time and part time positions available

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£9.00-£9.50 per hour
