Your Mission- Effectively own a specific product category in support of a large Key Account business or group of business
- Execute seasonal sales strategy across qualitative and quantitative sellin assigned categories within accounts to drive improved productivity and results
- Lead sellin presentations, including meeting setup, sample needs, visual assortment creation, and individual account updates
- Manage inseason and sellout business by partnering with sales planners to drive incremental business, as well as leveraging returns or order changes to reallocate opentobuy dollars
- Partner with Account Services Representative in weekly meetings to align on customer requests and/or needs
- Develop a deep understanding of the operational requirements of our key accounts including EDI and Drop Ship to inform crossfunctional efforts
- Work crossfunctionally with other On teams to ensure we deliver the best in class service to our key accounts
- 2+ years of years in outside sales, account management, merchandising, retail marketing, product planning, or related experience
- You embody a serviceminded attitude and have a history of sales success and a unique ability to navigate difficult client conversations and negotiate wins, building longlasting relationships
- You have strong Excel and data analysis skills and ideally experience with sales planning, forecasting, and retail math
- You relish the challenge of crafting and executing strategies to develop business with the existing customer base as well as create new opportunities for growth
- You enjoy marketing brands you believe in and sharing that with clients in an inspiring way
