We are currently recruiting a
Receptionist/Administrator to join our onsite Aramark Facilities Management team, providing a service for our oil and gas client at
St Magnus House, AB11 6NJ.


For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

What you'll be doing:

  • Dealing with incoming calls to reception via Switchboard
  • Greeting of visitors, ensuring all visitors are met by their host
  • Dealing with Emergency Response
  • Administration of meeting room bookings and stationery
  • Updating floor plans
  • Dealing with incoming requests to the FM Helpdesk, working closely with onsite maintenance and hygiene teams to ensure appropriate delegation & completion of various tasks/requests
  • Operating in Maximo i.e. creating purchase orders, placing orders, processing invoices
  • Focal point for all Business Framework queries i.e. publishing, updating, withdrawing company procedures
  • Ensure the highest level of customer focus and attention is delivered to all visitors at all times.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an admin based role
  • Good use of Microsoft programs including excel
  • Have a great eye for detail and an excellent telephone manner
  • Able to effectively manage your own workload
