Job Title: Team Leader for School Data Migration

Company: Compass

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful migration of schools' MIS data to Compass. Lead a team to enhance processes, drive efficiencies, and ensure a seamless transition for schools to our software with minimal hassle.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and managing a team, coaching them for effective goal achievement and fostering a positive culture
  • Cultivating a culture of exceptional service and high work standards
  • Initiating and executing team-wide improvement initiatives aligned with core business objectives
  • Ensuring the Onboarding Team has the capacity to migrate schools in the pipeline, coordinating closely with the Business Development Team
  • Keeping abreast of data retention policies and market updates related to migration techniques
  • Collaborating with the Product team for continuous improvement of the onboarding processes
  • Understanding the Compass MIS thoroughly
  • Meeting schools virtually or in person to address their needs and concerns
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation and processes
  • Overseeing Hardware provisioning and delivery as per school schedules
  • Providing an exceptional onboarding experience to all schools
  • Handling additional tasks as assigned by your manager
