Overview:


As a
Female Mall Kiosk Worker, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products or services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience at the mall kiosk.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.


Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide information about products or services offered at the kiosk. Engage in friendly conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.

Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate products or services to customers. Highlight key features, benefits, and promotions to encourage sales and drive customer interest.

Sales Generation: Use persuasive selling techniques to upsell products, cross-sell related items, and meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize product knowledge to recommend suitable options based on customer requirements.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and ensure that the kiosk is well-stocked and organized. Keep track of popular products and communicate inventory needs to the relevant parties.

Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems. Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods securely and in accordance with company policies.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and handling returns or exchanges professionally. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the brand in a positive light.

Kiosk Maintenance: Keep the kiosk clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times. Arrange displays, signage, and promotional materials to attract customers and create an inviting atmosphere.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and kiosk supervisors to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and contribute to a cohesive work environment. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
