As a Mental Health Clinician you will provide evidence- based clinical case management, assessment, and psychological interventions to clients in the community with mental illness.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, therapeutic mental health services to clients.
Collaborate in shared care approaches, such as joint sessions with the referring Uniting team, case review discussions, and documentation/reports to share information and make recommendations
Facilitate mental health service linkage and navigation, including care coordination
Conduct individual and/or group sessions to support individuals' mental health and wellbeing
You'll have Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Social Work. Membership to AHPRA Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, or eligibility for membership to AASW Australian Association of Social Workers
~1-3 years' experience of clinical practice field within the mental health providing high quality triage, assessment and evidence based psychological interventions
