We're looking for a senior housing professional to help us deliver our ambitious new strategy, leading a large team to provide exceptional customer services that meet people's diverse needs and expectations.

You will help us deliver excellence across our portfolio of 10,000 homes.

You'll need a laser focus on performance standards, ensuring customer voices are heard and acted on, as well as excellent knowledge of housing law and practice.


With responsibility for housing management, home ownership, market rent and supported housing, you'll take a lead role in helping to shape our services and make a positive difference to the lives of our customers and neighbourhoods.


With a proven track record of senior leadership in the housing sector, you'll be skilled at developing high performing teams, encouraging a positive culture and upholding organisational values.
