Roads Operations Manager

As the UK Fleet Operations Manager within Hyundai Connected Mobility, your responsibilities will span Business Development to strategic vehicle sourcing and planning to enhance fleet operations.
You will evaluate fleet progress, and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize efficiency in additional to holding full budget responsibility. You will also establish and manage relationships with insurance and road assistance partners, ensuring seamless logistic and operational flows.Conduct pricing research and assist in building pricing for the service in the country
- Discuss local business needs with the product owner
- Conduct dealer visits and preformed offline and online trainings sessions
- Purchasing and sourcing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet
- Develop and operate logistic flows
- Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure implementation of local marketing campaigns
- Coordinating with Hyundai local NSC in areas of vehicle sourcing, marketing and dealer network
- Good management skills, including goal-setting, motivation and training
- Familiarity with transportation scheduling and management software
- Ability to conduct training sessions on fleet management platforms
- Strong Knowledge of FCA regulatory framework
- Expert knowledge of overall fleet management from delivery to oversight of vehicle maintenance
