Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to support the day-to-day running of their business with us.
- Support Account Managers in the operational running of day-to-day activities and take ownership for ensuring all requests are actioned and followed through to completion.
- Collaborate with teams across the business for reporting, partner training, and completion of partner requests.
- Take ownership of partner relationships, acting as operational support to key accounts and internal account managers.
- Mentor Top Tier producers to utilize digital tools in managing their business, in partnership with the Partner L&D team.
- Experience within an insurance or financial services background is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet service delivery levels.
- Understanding of operational processes and regulatory requirements.
