Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product/servicerelated questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Provide information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:

From £25,066.51 per year
