We recognise the value that our Customer Service team brings to the company. As the face of the company to most customers, we are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Customer Experience Manager who is obsessed about customer excellence You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at motivating and leading a large customer service team with strong influencing and organisational abilities, commitment to continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.

Customer Experience Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all business areas.

Team Leadership: Attract, retain, mentor, and motivate a high-performing customer service team. Foster a positive work environment.

Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in customer service processes. Identify areas for enhancement and implement changes to streamline operations.

Performance Targets: Manage team performance targets in alignment with personal and business objectives

Stakeholder Relationships: Enhance relationships across departments to enhance customer service and ultimate experience.

Complaint Resolution: Identify root causes of service issues, collaborate with other functions to implement corrective actions, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
