We are seeking a committed and passionate Senior RevOps Associate to join our Commercial Team, reporting to the VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making, supporting the sales team on client deliverables, and owning internal performance reporting. If you're looking to join a scaling market-leader in climate risk data & analytics, this is an incredibly pioneering and gratifying position.

The Impact You'll Own:

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret sales data to provide proactive and valuable insights that will optimise our sales strategy and enhance overall business performance.
  • Empower the Sales team by supporting on client deliverables and serving as the voice of expertise on the provided data.
  • Implement reporting dashboards, and manage data governance of our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and scrutinise sales pipeline data to identify trends & opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product, science) to ensure alignment of sales analytics with overall business objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Great analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong knowledge of data modelling and analysis.
  • Candidates must excel at extracting insights from data and transforming ideas into action.
  • Must show intellectual curiosity, with the ability to produce simple insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Passion for creating innovative analysis to detect opportunities.
