Due to this ongoing growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Engineer to join the team at Severfield (Modular Solutions) located near Malton.
- Responsible for site evaluation, architectural considerations, and engineering design
- Addressing technical issues and providing cost-effective, practical solutions
- Collaborating with the team on engineering solutions and calculations, supported by senior engineers
- Delivering structural designs in various project stages and contributing to the development of standard procedures
While a degree in Structural Engineering is preferred, applicants with relevant work experience and progress toward professional engineering qualifications are also welcome.
The working hours for this role are Mondays to Thursdays from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and Fridays from 8:30am to 3:00pm (inclusive of 30 minutes unpaid break daily). Severfield follows a hybrid working model, a topic that will be discussed during the interview process.
