Solid State Phased Array Radar System Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, and maintenance functions at the designated site. This includes managing the operating budget, manpower, resources, and facilities to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring sufficient resources are provided to meet PWS requirements and procedures.
- Supervising all contract activities and serving as the principal representative for the program.
- Attending Program Management Review conferences and briefing senior company and US Government officials on site activities and issues.
- Performing overall planning, coordinating efforts, and measuring progress.
- Providing effective leadership to ensure contract performance and compliance with quality and safety/environmental standards.
The Site Manager will also be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse workforce of military, contractor, and civilian personnel.
- Overseeing the operations and execution of a complex PWS meeting minimum Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
- Communicating clearly orally and in writing.
- Reviewing timecards daily and ensuring activity codes, job codes, holidays, and hours are recorded correctly.
This role requires a strong understanding of program management, leadership, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
