As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring we offer a high quality of care and support to service users with common mental health problems.
You will line manage Trust staff in the BWD Mindsmatter Team and provide support, oversight and leadership to the team.
This is a great opportunity for any established practitioners currently working in a leadership role.
We are looking for applicants with substantial experience of working within the field of mental health and ideally some knowledge and experience of working within an IAPT service, working with complex client presentations, and providing formal clinical or line management supervision / mentorship to clinical staff.
You will have a proven track record of delivering high quality therapy and have excellent interpersonal qualities; time management skills; an ability to work autonomously and in a team; and an enthusiasm for working in an ever-developing IAPT environment.
