Our goal is to create homes that foster independence and aspirations, offering health, social care, and housing support that truly impacts those in need. Our team is committed to helping our customers lead fulfilling lives within the community.

As the Registered Manager, your primary responsibilities will include fostering the growth and development of your team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Our customers have diverse care requirements, encompassing learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and physical health issues.

You will oversee the care provided to six customers living in their own homes with round-the-clock support. These customers will be transitioning from various other providers or inpatient services, with support packages ranging from 2:1 to 4:1.

Imagine the satisfaction of knowing that you've positively impacted our customers' lives every day when you return home. This fulfilling opportunity is within one of the top ten Great Places to Work in the UK.

About you

  • We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of operating at a high standard and possessing a Level 5 Registered Manager's Qualification. You should have a thorough understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Previous experience with adults presenting complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and behavioral issues is essential. You must have prior managerial experience in these areas.
  • You should be adept at implementing Positive Behaviour Support principles to enhance our customers' quality of life proactively.
  • Experience in promoting reflective practice, coaching your team, and fostering an inclusive and transparent culture is crucial. Additionally, a history of collaborating with various health and social care agencies is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in working alongside clinical professionals to improve service delivery and provide effective interventions for customers.

Unfortunately, due to constraints on our current sponsorship certificates, we are unable to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role at present.

About the team

Our Norfolk service is relatively new, and you will lead a team of Team Leaders who recently joined us. Collaborating closely with Ann-Marie, our Operations Manager, you will support our customers through this phase of continuous growth. You will also work alongside our PBS clinicians and Occupational Therapists, who bring valuable expertise to support our innovative work.

In addition, you will receive support from Greg, our Clinical Practice Lead, who oversees area MDTs and clinical risk management. Our highly experienced team is dedicated to helping you integrate seamlessly into your role.

Our team comprises both new and experienced care professionals, creating a diverse environment rich in fresh perspectives and skills to tackle challenges.

A place where you belong

Authenticity breeds success in the workplace. We encourage all our colleagues to express their true selves here. Our internal diversity networks and support systems empower us to perform at our peak. Together, we cultivate a positive work environment at Home Group.

What's in it for you?

  • Enjoy 34 days of leave (including bank holidays and a personal day for your leisure) with potential growth up to 39 days. You also have the option to purchase extra leave and receive time off for volunteering.
  • Benefit from a health cash plan saving you significant annual costs towards dental, optical, prescriptions, alternative therapies, and more.
  • Access over 800 discounts at high street retailers for groceries, vacations, and entertainment. Save money on purchases like phones, bikes, and cars.
  • Participate in a generous pension scheme offering life insurance equivalent to 3 times your salary.
