We are partnering with a local authority to help find an Interim Estates Surveyor for a temporary role.
Job Description:
- Estate management of a commercial and corporate property portfolio.
- Involves overseeing investment commercial property, corporate property, community centres, open spaces, and leisure centres.
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships, leasehold negotiations, and maximizing property value.
- Providing advice to colleagues and supporting service objectives.
- Ensuring accurate records and correct rent collection.
- Processing leases, licences, inspections, and valuations.
Key Person Specification:
- Preferably a member of RICS or working towards accreditation.
- Degree qualified in property discipline.
- Extensive experience in estates management on commercial properties.
- Skilled at conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and property database management.
- Experience with property and finance databases.
