We are looking for a Digital PR Lead to join our team, reporting to the Head of SEO.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing digital PR team and leading the development and implementation of our outreach strategy.


What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing and developing highperforming digital PR teams
  • Experience in developing and owning digital PR strategies
  • Experience in implementing highperforming outreach campaigns
  • Experience working with SEO teams to drive growth
  • Excellent understanding of modern SEO and link building
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Superb collaboration skills and ability to foster a creative team environment
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Exposure to data/analytics and using it to inform future campaigns
  • Excellent research skills and opportunity analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders at all levels

Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience in building a highperformance team from scratch
  • Knowledge and experience in the travel sector
  • Strong UK media & influencer relationships, ideally in the travel sector

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital PR strategy and roadmap
  • Set and achieve clear KPIs and targets to drive growth
  • Mentor and support the development of your team into digital PR experts
  • Coordinate and manage outreach campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop best practices and continuous improvement
  • Work with internal & external PR teams to ensure aligned brand messaging & campaigns
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant by working with legal stakeholders
