Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital PR strategies for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of PR accounts, setting strategies, managing budgets, and driving profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery against client KPIs and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to organically grow existing client business through proactive pitching and campaign development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and opportunities, and share insights with the team.
  • Manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with the senior PR team to drive the direction of the department and grow the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital PR, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality campaigns and reactive PR activity.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share insights with the team.
  • Experience with budget management and profitability.
