The proactive, and energetic person that is successful for this role will:Provide compassionate and proactive leadership, education and training to the UEE workforce.
Support staff in the care group to deliver high standards of clinical care to patients within the UEE Care Group.
Support the leaders in their teams progression on the specialty skills and competence pathway so that we have a range of skills from newly recruited to super skilled.
Most importantly the successful individual will foster an environment which values education as part of the philosophy of the our Care Group.
