This role is a permanent placement starting in September, providing a competitive salary aligned with the Main Pay Scale and Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).


About the Role:

  • Developing and executing high-quality educational initiatives for students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Creating engaging and inventive lesson blueprints to ignite a passion for science, encourage critical thinking, and uphold academic excellence.
  • Planning, organizing, and delivering exceptional lessons that cater to diverse student capabilities.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to devise and implement efficient teaching methodologies.
  • Engaging in extracurricular programs and school functions to enrich the school environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant Science degree or related field qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching Science at the secondary school level.
  • Sound knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics disciplines.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional growth and a deep-seated love for teaching.

Additional Information:
