Smallridge Bros Limited are excited to be recruiting a Trainee Parts Person at their Callington depot. We are proud to be a market-leading John Deere Dealership.
Job Function:
Responsible for the stocking, selling, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories, including in-store customer service. Establishing and maintaining an attractive environment to influence customer buying decisions and maximize Dealership profitability.
Essential Duties:
- Promotes and sells parts and/or services to meet customer needs.
- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise display to increase impulse purchases.
- Verifies receipt of incoming shipments and assists with locating Machine Down and Stock Orders in their correct location.
- Assists in keeping parts inventory clean, orderly and well organized.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and the farming industry an advantage.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Experience of merchandising and/or retail an advantage
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
