About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in elder care
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in elderly care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care
  • Knowledge of infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy, and drug administration
