The Residence Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management at Great Dover Street halls of residences, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that halls are a positive experience for students.

The Residence Manager will lead, motivate, and support the team and successfully manage internal and external relationships.

The post holder will be the main point of contact for the residents and visitors, who work closely with the third-party collaborators.

Actively looking for opportunities to improve all students' Halls of Residence experience through proactive, continual improvement of site facilities and site operational activities.

You will have exceptional management and leadership skills in a comparable market.

(Preferably in a university or accommodation environment) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships internallyand externally.

An energetic approach to delivering outstanding customer service and experience managing teams.

You will possess a positive attitude with the ability to manage difficult situations and a willingness to undertake challenging tasks to ensurestudent satisfaction.
