My client, a top tier ranked law firm, are looking to recruit a Housing Management Solicitor to join their expanding property team for their Birmingham office.

You will be managing your own caseload that will predominantly consist of injunctions and possession applications, advisory work, discrimination claims, disrepair and all aspects of drafting including pleadings, witness statements and regular client communication.

There is also the option to carry out advocacy.

The ideal candidate will be 1 years + PQE with experience within the social housing sector and be able to run your own caseload with minimal supervision.

Salary will be DOE but to give you an idea NQs start on £50,000 and an experienced associate at 9ish years PQE will be mid-70s.

My client also offers proper flexible and hybrid working, they appreciate that people have commitments outside of work and happy for you to plan your day accordingly.

Quality service to clients is the priority and there will be a good level of client contact, as a result you can go to the office as and when you please.
