Responsibilities:

  • Dream up and deliver captivating lessons and activities that ignite young minds, fostering their growth in every way imaginable.
  • Create a haven of exploration and imagination, where every child feels safe, included, and free to unleash their curiosity.
  • Be the key to the children's development, keenly observing and tailoring strategies to each child's unique journey.
  • Team up with parents to ensure a partnership in their child's magical learning adventure.
  • Keep tabs on progress like a pro, maintaining meticulous records and always staying one step ahead.

Skills:

  • Level 2/3 Qualified and armed with a passion for the wondrous world of children.
  • A maestro of communication, able to captivate kids, connect with parents, and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
  • Possess the patience of a saint and the heart of a lion, creating an environment where every child feels supported and cherished.
  • An organisational wizard, juggling lesson plans, time management, and records with ease.
  • Know the ins and outs of early childhood education policies and procedures
