We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Outline of Key responsibilities for the Business Administrator include:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Respond to enquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders, including enquiries over the telephone, face to face and in writing and seek to resolve any disputes that may arise during the course of the training programme
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as adverts and blogs
- Manage and update databases and systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to support departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In return, we are offering the successful candidate in the Business Administrator 2 Month FTC role:
- Salary: £23,088 per annum
- Annual salary increment increases
- 27 days annual leave (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays
