The role in brief:An opportunity has arisen to join the business support team in our Blackburn office on a fixed term basis, to cover an upcoming maternity leave. This will be working as part of the Business Support team, providing assistance to the wider firm with workflows and other administrative duties, as well as providing reception cover when needed.

Who we are looking for:


You will need to provide excellent service to clients, in accordance with the firm's values, procedures, prevailing legislation, and good professional practice so as to meet or exceed clients' expectations and needs.

The role will be over 5 days, but we can look to accommodate a reduced hours contract.

What the role involves:

  • To undertake administrative duties for the wider team including all client facing administration and client take on procedures.
  • To prepare draft invoices and credit notes where required.
  • To generate letters and prepare final signed account packages to send to clients.
  • To assist with mail shots and adhoc projects.
  • To provide support with printing, photocopying and binding.
  • Undertake any other administration duties required to support the efficient operation of the team.
  • To assist on reception during busy periods, periods of sick leave and holidays.
  • Opportunity to build up to undertaking some PA duties as the role progresses.

  • You will have worked in a similar professional services environment, or even an Accountancy Practice.
