Barod are looking to recruit a Referral Co-ordinator to join the Cyfle Cymru,Out of Work Peer Mentoring Service. The post holder will source eligible participants by networking with potential referrers/ agencies ensuring adequate eligibility evidence. The post holder will also raise awareness of the service through presentations, attending appropriate meetings and events. The post holder will ensure the registration outcomes are delivered on target.

The post holder will also record all activities accurately including client registration forms and outcome monitoring forms required of the scheme.

The post holder will refer participants to other services within the partnership, and other external agencies as appropriate.

The post holder will also provide excellent customer service, identify the needs of internal and external customers and strive to deliver a prompt, effective and personalised service.

The post holder will promote training opportunities, group activities and volunteering events that are available to the client group. The post holder will also ensure action plans are completed on registration. The post holder will work alongside the Peer Mentors in delivering the projects goals and objectives. The post holder will also support the Service Manager in raising awareness of the service.
