Rota Co-ordinator

**Job description**

As Rota Coordinator you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the staffing rota for our community care service.

**Job title**: Rota Coordinator

**Salary**: £12 per hour

**Location**:Based at our Llanelli head office

**Hours**:20 hours per week predominately Monday to Friday

**About you**

To be successful in the role of Rota Coordinator you will have strong organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Knowledge of rota planning and previous experience of coordinating shifts is essential and is desirable within a care environment. You will need to be IT literate and be able to navigate rota planning system software.

Our services are delivered across South Wales in support of adults with complex needs inclusive of: mental health, learning disability, dementia, autism, sensory impairment, older persons and physical disabilities.

**The role**
- In conjunction with the Registered Manager, develop and maintain the staffing rota for the service including the allocation of training and absences.
- Maintaining staff records related to personnel records, training, staff regulatory data and supervision.
- Rota Management, including creating, implementing, and managing changes of rota.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
- Attend team meetings and training
