This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Urgent Care Mental Health Team.


In line with the NHS long Term Plan we are developing a new model of Urgent Care Services as an Alternative to Hospital Admission within Central Manchester and require a dynamic night time practitioner.


The post holder will be the sole Home Based Treatment Team Central's night practitioner who will interface closely with the MHLT and Crisis Point to implement and develop access to and delivery of Urgent Care services in Central Manchester.

The post holder will be co located at the MRI with MHLT.

This is a developing role with the potential of being based at Crisis Point in Central Manchester in the future to further develop mental health crisis pathways for Central Manchester patients.

The post holder will be a designated night time practitioner for Home Based Treatment Team Central.
