About the Role:

  • Group commercial finance provides essential business support, challenge, and governance to the commercial organization.
  • Facilitate commercial finance teams in enhancing commercial planning and analysis functions.
  • Support Commercial teams including marketing, sales, and RDQ, contributing to excellent business partnering.
  • Responsible for managing the central A&P budget and channel reporting critical to the business.
  • Involved in the 3-year strategic plan for commercial and annual plan development.

A&P Budget Management:

  • Manage and forecast a budget of approximately €25m for central non-working A&P spend.
  • Share forecasts and analysis with key stakeholders, including marketing directors and CMO.
  • Collaborate with Accounts payable, marketing, and insights teams to ensure spend alignment.
  • Submit Monthly LV to FP&A.

Sales Team Partnering:

  • Prepare and maintain channel level reporting, providing market insights for Nomad Channel connect meetings.
  • Reconcile channel data and support channel-specific projects with detailed analysis.
  • Understand key channel drivers to offer valuable commentary.

Strategic/Annual Plan:

  • Develop and maintain the 3-year strategic plan model for Nomad Commercial.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams through the AP submission and review process.
  • Assist the Commercial Finance team with key projects and Business Partnering initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate.
  • Part Qualified/Qualified in finance.
  • Demonstrated success in a commercial finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Organized with excellent prioritization skills.
